You will be responsible for mental health assessment, intervention strategies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality health services. This is a permanent, full-time position. As a Clinical Nurse – Mental Health, you’ll make a positive impact by: - Conducting advanced clinical assessments and managing mental health care plans for patients - Leading the nursing team in delivering evidence-based practice and quality patient care - Collaborating with healthcare and custodial staff to ensure safe and effective service delivery - Promoting patient safety and ethical standards in all aspects of nursing practice - Participating in clinical governance and quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery - Supporting the professional development of nursing and healthcare staff Serco is a place for you You are an experienced mental health professional passionate about providing exceptional care and support to those in need.
