MENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANT (£24,500)

An “Outstanding” and leading Secondary School within the Borough of Westminster are on the hunt for multiple Mental Health Assistants for an ASAP start. These are full-time, and long-term roles for the entire academic year.
Please note the School are keen to take candidates directly onto their own books, with a salary of £24,500 - 8am - 5pm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Mental Health Assistant
• Working across Reception, KS1 & KS2
• 1:1 & group support sessions
• Must be able to inspire and motivate pupils
• ASAP Start - Term Time Only
• £24,500 - Work 39 weeks, get paid for 52!
• Located in the Borough of Westminster

• Supporting children in & out of the classroom
• Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis with any issues, in & out of School
• Supporting SEN - ASD, ADD, Dyslexia, Speech and Language difficulties & much more
• Acting as a buddy
• Providing them with School in-care / after-care
• Working with parents, SLT and social services if need be
