Join our Mental Health Associates providing support to our clients through multi-modal group sessions, patient break supervision, routine monitoring of urine drug screens, and multiple assigned clerical and operational activities! High Focus Centers in Cranford is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. Full Time: Monday - Friday, no evening schedule Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $17.00/hour Benefits of working with High Focus Outpatient in Freehold: No restraints, seclusion or searches Provide CARF Accredited clinical guidance Work with licensed clinicians in group therapy, individual, and family sessions On-the-job training for advancement to master's program Room for growth and opportunities for advancement! Responsibilities: Demonstrates an understanding of adolescent growth and development and must be able to co-facilitate a didactic and experiential group or is willing to learn to co-facilitate groups. Job involves driving, sitting, walking, handling charts and talking on the phone for extended periods of time. Participate in written and verbal shift changes by communicating with staff either verbally or in written communication logs, shift updates. Support the daily structure through helping clients attend all scheduled activities. Under direction of supervisors, facilitates activities including recreational groups and meetings. Other duties as assigned.
