Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm Earn $19.03/hour or $21.03/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay, plus mileage reimbursement Position Details The Mental Health Case Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the mental health of adults, children and adolescents in Cumberland and Perry Counties. They coordinate services, support families, and tailor care to each individual's unique situation. Their work focuses on harnessing individual strengths, connecting with community resources, and promoting stability. While operating independently, they are backed by a dedicated team, all within a dynamic community program. The resource coordinator actively engages with consumers and their families in the home or in a community setting. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education OR a high school diploma and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years’ experience in direct contact with mental health consumers OR a registered nurse license * Experience with seriously mentally ill persons strongly preferred. * Prior experience with children and adolescents a plus. * Must possess an active and unrestricted driver's license with reliable transportation.
