    We are looking for a Mental Health Clinical Governance Lead to join our passionate and committed Quality and Clinical Governance Team.
    This is an exciting time at IPRS Health as we continue to expand our services. To support our growing Mental Health services, we are looking for an individual with prior experience in Mental Health Services, particularly within a Quality and Clinical Governance role. This position will be crucial in collaborating with the Quality and Clinical Governance Manager to review and enhance the Clinical Governance Framework.

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:

  • Experience of working within Mental Health Services
  • Extensive professional knowledge of Clinical Governance or Quality Assurance/Management and utilisation of complex data analytics.
  • Have highly developed inter-personal, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Possess experience in two or more of the following areas: Quality Assurance/Management Systems, Clinical Audit, Risk Management, Clinical Effectiveness, Research & Development, or Standards Review and/or development.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as part of our passionate and committed Quality and Clinical Governance Team, you will be responsible for the review and development of Clinical Governance and Quality Assurance/Management activities, including:

  • Supporting strategy development and implementation within the area of responsibility by proposing policy and service changes to enhance clinical governance and quality.
  • Providing detailed and specialised Clinical Governance and Quality Assurance/Management advice to our in-house Mental Health to positively influence care delivery.
  • Representing the Clinical Governance Team, providing specialist knowledge based on theory and experience.
  • Proactively analysing and utilising complex data to identify areas for continuous improvement and developing initiatives to support and drive the quality agenda. Exploring complex data to present various options for the advancement of Clinical Governance activities and designing data capture systems to measure and provide evidence of improvement.
