We are currently seeking full-time, independently licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our growing outpatient practice with five locations across Austin. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Texas license (Required) (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) Independent practice status (Required) (no supervision required) Master’s degree (Required) or doctoral degree from an accredited program Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with HIPAA and Texas regulations Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Manage a full-time outpatient caseload Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff as needed Maintain active licensure, continuing education, and professional standards Position Details Full-time W-2 employment with competitive per-session compensation.
