NBMLHD Community Mental Health offer a range of specialised services for children, young people, families and older people, through our community-based services and health centres. Our multidisciplinary health professionals and case managers take a collaborative approach to mental health care by linking with their patients to work together and consult within an environment appropriate to the person’s needs.
Join our dedicated Homelessness Mental Health Team, where your work will directly impact the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will deliver timely, person centered assessments and interventions to a diverse caseload, helping restore hope and stability to those most in need.
In this critical and rewarding role, you’ll apply recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practices while actively strengthening partnerships with mental health services and housing providers to ensure holistic support for each individual.
We are seeking a passionate professional who can deliver comprehensive mental health care within their professional scope. You’ll coordinate tailored support services, participate in multidisciplinary reviews, and contribute to team learning through case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing educational activities.
