Position Needs: We are currently seeking a couple of independently licensed Social Workers or independently licensed Counselors for our Marion, OH location. Part-time or full-time opportunities available Qualifications: Current, valid independent license to practice as a clinician in the state of Ohio Ability to work in-office at our Marion, OH location (with hybrid flexibility) Comfortable with a part-time 1099 contractor role Compensation: Hourly Pay: $40–$47/hour (based on license type, experience, and caseload) Additional Stipends: Tenure stipend for full caseload maintenance Monthly supervisor stipend (for eligible clinicians) Mindfully Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
