Western Sydney Local Health District seeks a Mental Health Clinician to join its Community Acute Care Team, delivering crisis support and recovery-focused care. You will be responsible for:

• Providing short-term crisis resolution and home treatment
• Supporting consumers with severe mental illness in the community
• Developing recovery-oriented care plans with consumers and carers
• Collaborating across teams, services and agencies
• Promoting advocacy, inclusion, safety and continuous improvement
