We’re looking for a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you’ll be part of our mission to improve our consumers’ mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design.

Responsibilities

Member Engagement & Support

  • Respond promptly to member inquiries via text-based coaching within the stipulated response time.
  • Provide evidence-based mental health strategies to support behavioural change.
  • Monitor member progress and offer personalized guidance to improve well-being.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

  • Work closely with dietitians, fitness coaches, medical professionals, and other experts to ensure holistic care for members.
  • Cross-refer members to relevant Naluri services based on their needs, ensuring seamless access to mental health, nutrition, fitness, and medical coaching.

Retention & Outcome Optimization

  • Support member retention by fostering engagement and motivation within the Naluri ecosystem.
  • Help members achieve measurable mental health and behavioural outcomes, tracking progress against defined goals.

Projects & Community Initiatives

  • Participate in Naluri-organised projects, wellness programs, and corporate events.
  • Contribute to mental health campaigns and engagement activities within the Naluri ecosystem.
