Description
The Mental Health Coaching Coordinator is responsible for coordinating mental health programs, events, and training initiatives while equipping team members to deliver effective coaching services. The Coordinator also helps facilitate group and individual coaching sessions to support the emotional and mental well-being of the church community in alignment with biblical principles. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: two (2) hours each week 2. Participating in meetings/training: on an as-needed basis   MHC Coordinator Responsibilities * Assist director with coordination of new program developments, events, classes, workshops, etc. * Instruct and train team members to more effectively deliver mental health coaching services. * Address the needs of the church community through group and individual coaching/counseling sessions. * Perform other relevant duties as deemed necessary.
