FLEXIBLE HOURS

We are looking for experienced staff to work in the Chelmsford area with individuals in their own homes. shifts will include earlies, lates, day time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide compassionate support to individuals with mental health challenges in community settings.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication administration.
• Implement behaviour management techniques and promote a safe environment.
• Drive clients to appointments and community activities as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate updates to as required.
