Other duties may be assigned. Assessment of mental health conditions Treatment plan development Provide therapeutic services for adults, children, and families. Case Management Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to address clinical needs Advocacy, referral and linkage to recommended community resources Complete required data entry and paperwork in accordance with program and agency policies and procedures, including but not limited to opening requirements, assessments, treatment/recovery plans, progress notes, treatment authorizations and authorizations of medical necessity. Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERRED Degree/Field Required: Master’s degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.) Degree/Field Preferred: Master’s degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.) Experience Required: Minimum of one-year relevant job experience in counseling/case management Licenses/Certifications Required: LPC or LSW is required Licenses/Certifications Preferred: LCPC or LCSW, or actively working towards this licensure, is preferred Proficient Computer Skills In: Outlook, Word, Database Management Software Expert Computer Skills In: Outlook, Word, Database Management Software VEHICLE RELATED REQUIREMENTS: Access to reliable transportation to get to/from work: Required. Access to a reliable automobile: Required. Must provide proof of auto liability insurance (and continue to while working in this position): Required. Must possess a valid driver's license: Required.
