The Position: We are adding an LCSW or LCPC to our growing Social Work team in Downers Grove. This position is available for part-time hours! This caseload will consist of private pay and private insurance clients. This is an ideal opportunity to join a practice with over 20 years of history delivering collaborative, play-based therapy to clients in the Chicagoland area. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic evaluations and document, analyze, and interpret results Provide both individual therapy services clients Complete all required documentation for clients Collaborate with Clubhouse colleagues to discuss progress and recommendations for clients Collaborate with professionals outside of Clubhouse to best support client needs Provide family education and training Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, and RBTs to help clients reach their goals Participate in our mentorship network as either a mentee or mentor Job Qualifications: License: LCSW or LCPC Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois Pediatric experience or other experience working with children in a clinical capacity Bilingual / Spanish-speaking, preferred Interviews at The Communication Clubhouse We care deeply about our teams and the people who make them up.
