Job Description: As a Family Community Support Team (FCST) Specialist, you will provide a wide range of community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. Clinical services provided include functional support services to attain treatment goals. This position offers the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team, with many opportunities for growth and development. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Providing Functional Support Services to patients and families Case management, including an assessment of needs of the child/adolescent and family Active collaboration with community providers and services Using and developing therapeutic skills Consultation with medication providers, clinical staff Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university.
