Mental Health Counselor Supervisor Location: New Mexico Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for New Mexico clinical supervisors who are interested in supporting counselors, therapists, and mental health professionals as they move forward in their careers. This role gives supervisors the opportunity to provide guidance in case review, ethics, documentation, and clinical decision-making. Through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature, clinicians can find supervisors who align with their licensure goals and practice interests. New Mexico supervisors who join the platform can help make supervision easier to access for clinicians who need support. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and case review Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and professional development Help supervisees strengthen clinical judgment Follow New Mexico licensing and supervision standards Maintain consistent communication and records Active New Mexico clinical license in good standing Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Must meet New Mexico requirements to provide supervision Prior supervision experience preferred Join Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform here: https://find-supervisor.gothamenterprisesltd.com
