Mental Health Counselor Supervisor Location: Tennessee Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Tennessee clinical supervisors who can support mental health professionals as they work toward licensure and stronger clinical practice. This role is a good fit for supervisors who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping clinicians build confidence in their work. Tennessee supervisors who join the platform can connect with clinicians who are actively looking for the right supervision fit. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and professional feedback Review cases, documentation, treatment planning, and ethics Help supervisees strengthen clinical judgment Follow Tennessee supervision and licensing requirements Maintain consistent supervision records Active Tennessee clinical license in good standing Eligible license types may include Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, Senior Psychological Examiner (SPE), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Must meet Tennessee requirements to provide supervision Prior supervision experience preferred Join Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform here: https://find-supervisor.gothamenterprisesltd.com
