Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Bidwell Customized Living Program - West St. Paul, MN 55118 Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU: Engage naturally in rapport building and active listening Maintain composure in escalated situations Collaborate with clients to determine practical steps to solve problems Have a passion in working with clients to build independence SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION: Part-Time Friday, Saturday and Sunday, daytime hours Pay: $18-21/hour, dependent on experience REQUIERED QUALIFICATIONS: At least six months of full-time or 1 year of part-time work experience in any field Certificate or degree in human services or related field, preferred Ability to pass DHS background check MORE ON THE ROLE: Join our growing team with a new service, Integrated Community Supports, within our residential division! You will be serving clients with a variety of mental health needs. You will provide services such as: Medication assistance Goal setting Assistance with problem solving Assistance with building independence in homemaking skills Assistance with provider coordination Transporting clients when necessary This role does not include completion of personal cares.
