No sponsorship licences available, must have right to work in UK Job Description: Mental Health Support Worker – Drivers Wanted (Full Time) Location: Supported Living, CB1 – CB8 postcodes Pay Rate: £14.00 – £15.50 per hour (package and experience dependent) UK Phoenix Healthcare is recruiting reliable, outgoing, and dedicated Mental Health Support Workers. Drivers are essential; and access to own vehicle. Travel between locations covering CB1–CB8 is required, with service user matches based on location. Key Responsibilities: Supporting clients with budgeting and financial management Arranging daily activities and encouraging participation Building professional, trusting relationships with clients. Supporting behaviours that challenge in 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1+ ratios. Providing personal care as needed. Utilising communication aids. (experience advantageous) Ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) standards. Keeping thorough records and working to high documentation standards. Full UK Driving licence with buisness insurance and access to own vehicle. Right To work in the UK Preferred Experience: MAPA/CPI and/or PBS training and experience desirable. Previous experience managing physical behaviours that challenge. Experience and understanding in using communication aids. Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
