About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Allied Health Services team at Canberra Health Services. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting occupational therapy assessments and interventions to people with mental health concerns. You will have access to internal training and education targeted at early career allied health professionals, as well as clinical supervision to support development of your occupational therapy skills and professional identity. You will also be required to participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to multidisciplinary team processes. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate, who has established therapeutic and the ability to build collaborative relationships with patients. You will also have the ability to respond and adapt to a quickly changing environment and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner, whilst also maintaining a high work standards and accuracy.
