As a Community Mental Health Clinic, our goal is to increase access and improve the quality of behavioral health services. We are currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Peer Support to act as a mentor and guide to individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges with insight gained from their own personal journey. They’ll model and promote positive health and wellness activities, including self-management and coping skills. Salary Range $15.00-$20.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience) Requirements A High School Diploma or GED is required Must have one continuous year as current or former recipient of mental health treatment Must hold an active Peer Support Specialist certification OR be eligible to obtain one Travel is a requirement of this position, so a valid driver’s license is required Questions About the Job?
