MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL INTERN (MASTER’S LEVEL | LEVEL 1 OR 2)  Mental Health Services | Hybrid Family Solutions of Illinois is seeking master ’s-level Mental Health Professional Interns to join our Mental Health Services team. This internship is designed for graduate students pursuing degrees in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy who are seeking meaningful, supervised direct-care experience aligned with academic and licensure requirements. This role offers hands-on clinical exposure working with diverse populations in community-based, outpatient, and behavioral health settings under the supervision of licensed clinicians. INTERNSHIP CLASSIFICATION OPTIONS * Paid Internship: Non-Exempt, Temporary Part-Time W-2 Employees. STUDENTS must be seeking a field placement opportunity that requires approval by their school.  * Compensation based on education level and relevant experience * Mental Health Professional Intern (Master's Level 1: 400 hours) | $19.00-$21.50 per hour * Qualified Mental Health Professional Intern (Master's Level 2: 600 hours) | $22.00-$24.00 per hour Internship classification is determined based on academic requirements, funding availability, and role alignment. Unpaid internships are structured primarily for educational benefit and require verification of university credit eligibility.  SCHEDULE & TERM * Part-Time: Approximately 15 hours/week of direct service activities * Term Length: 1 or 2 semesters (adjustable based on university requirements) * Schedule Flexibility: Available to accommodate academic calendars Weekly Hours & Structure: MHP/QMHP Interns are expected to complete a minimum of 15 direct care (billable) hours per week, which may increase depending on specific academic internship requirements. Total weekly commitment will not exceed 27 hours and includes a combination of direct service, supervision, training, documentation, and administrative support, in alignment with both organizational policy and academic standards.
