Mental Health Professionals (MHPs) work in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team, offering recovery and rehabilitation support and services to those who live in the facility. IND1 Requirements We Will Consider Candidates Who Have at least One of the Following Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services Field (counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, education, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, family therapy, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in other field + 2 years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Certificate of Psychiatric Rehabilitation from an Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) approved program + High School Diploma/GED + 2 years’ experience providing mental health services Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) Licensure through the Illinois Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professional Certification Association (IAODAPCA) Occupational therapy assistant + 1 year experience in a mental health setting High School Diploma + 5 years of supervised clinical experience in mental health or human services NOTE: Incomplete, inaccurate, outdated and untruthful resumes and/or applications may affect your consideration for employment. Responsibilities
