As a Mental Health Professional in urban Philadelphia, you will be an integral part of our family-based team at NET that is dedicated to serving an underserved population. This role combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the socio-cultural context of urban communities, focusing on providing mental health support to families within their own environment. You will work closely with families, community organizations, and other stakeholders to address mental health needs and promote holistic well-being. Role Responsibilities Clinical Assessment and Treatment Planning Therapeutic Interventions Family-Centered Services Community Engagement and Outreach Crisis Intervention and Case Management Documentation and Compliance Minimum Qualifications Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or mental health related field. Experience working with children and families (preferred). Strong clinical skills and knowledge of family systems' treatment modalities.
