REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Within 60 days of hire: Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years Clinical work experience within healthcare

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree - counseling or related field.
• Oregon Professional Counselor Associate License upon hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year - Master’s level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
