Ensure programs meet licensure and certification standards and conduct evaluations and audits. Financial Management: Ensure programs meet financial targets, manage budgets, and address financial needs. Collaborate on budget development and manage accounts receivable and expenditures. Personnel Management: Supervise program managers, oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations, and manage staff schedules and payroll. Residential programs: Ensure the maintenance and safety of facilities, comply with regulatory standards, and manage risk. Professionalism and Leadership: Promote the organization's mission and values, represent the organization professionally, and participate in work groups and committees. Qualifications The ABSM must meet the requirements of a qualified professional, based on four-year degree in a related field, experience, and abilities. Prior experience in developing and implementing individual programs, budget implementation, and in supervising others is required. Must have good decision-making, time management, and communication skills, and be responsible, mature, and flexible. Must processes good communication skills both spoken and written. Must be able to work as part of a collaborative team in a variety of settings. Additional Information Hours: Full-time. The ABSM schedule must be flexible to accommodate various program, personnel, and organizational needs including after hour weekend emergencies and phone calls.
