What You’ll Do This dual-licensed role provides psychotherapy and substance use disorder (SUD) counseling as part of our integrated Behavioral Health team. Key Responsibilities * Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches * Complete mental health and AODA assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans * Determine SUD treatment needs using ASAM criteria * Facilitate individual and group SUD counseling sessions * Coordinate care with primary care, MAT prescribers, county agencies, and community partners * Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR (EPIC) * Participate in team meetings, case staffing, and quality improvement initiatives * Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and recovery options * Conduct outreach activities and rotate in an on-call schedule * Work may occur in clinic, office, telehealth, and community settings, with some local travel required.
