We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Service Manager to oversee the delivery, development, and quality of our mental health support services in Chester. About the Role As the Mental Health Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and leading a skilled team of mental health support workers. You will work closely with partners, stakeholders, and commissioners to maintain excellent standards of care and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily running of mental health services Lead, support, and supervise staff to ensure effective performance and professional growth Ensure compliance with legislation, safeguarding requirements, and regulatory standards Develop and implement service improvement plans Manage budgets, resources, and reporting Build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders Monitor service outcomes and ensure person-centred, recovery-focused support About You We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and committed to making a difference.
