MENTAL HEALTH SOLICITOR (WITH COURT OF PROTECTION EXPERIENCE)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Solicitor to join our growing team and help us establish our “award winning services” in new areas of the UK. This is a great opportunity for a progressive, career focussed solicitor. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to focus on business development and grow the department while delivering outstanding legal services to our clients (new and existing).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Mental Health Solicitor
• Full UK Driving License

• Flexitime
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bridgwater TA5 1A

• Permanent position within our Mental Health Dept
• Start date: Immediate
• The ideal candidate should have experience in:
• Court of Protection for welfare matters experience (ideally)
• A proactive, compassionate, and professional approach to client care
• Excellent case management and organisational skills
• A commercial approach to billing, time-recording, and work in progress reporting
• Ability to contribute to the growth and expansion of this new geographical area
