Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Adolescent Suicide & Self-Harm Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves providing specialized support to adolescents experiencing suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors, including crisis intervention and long-term care coordination. The position requires expertise in adolescent mental health and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct risk assessments for adolescents presenting with suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors.• Develop and implement individualized safety plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members.• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to adolescents in distress.• Coordinate care with schools, community organizations, and mental health professionals.• Document all interactions and maintain compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.• Licensed or license-eligible in clinical mental health counseling or social work.• Experience working with adolescents in crisis or behavioral health settings.• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for self-harm and suicide prevention.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with adolescents and families.
