PROGRAM SUMMARY:

Complex Care – for frail seniors who require the care of an interdisciplinary team to maintain and improve quality of life in safe,
comfortable and supportive environments. Carewest offers a mix of secured and unsecured units.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma or degree from a health or disability related field is required.
• Equivalent combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with mental health clients.
