We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Mental Health Support Workers to join our team here at Aaban based at our 2 locations in Oswaldtwistle, Accrington, BB5 postcode.
This role is working with young people with complex needs including mental health, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Pay: We have an excellent pay rate of £14 an hour PLUS time and a half on bank holidays.
Contract: This is a full time role.
Shift patterns: The full time shift pattern is Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday one week and then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday the following week and so on. Shifts are 12 hours including an hour and 15 minute break. The day shift commences at 7:50am and ends at 8:05pm. The night shift commences at 19:50pm and ends at 08:05am.
Hours: Full time staff members work an average of 38.5 hours a week.

Aaban Partnership Ltd is a new and exciting service offering high-quality specialist mental health services for young people with complex needs. Aaban Partnership Ltd has two CQC regulated bespoke built 10 bedded units offering Assessment, Stabilisation, treatment, and intervention for young people aged 8 -18 years.
Providence Unit (Assessment and Stabilisation Unit) and Moira Unit (Treatment and Intervention Unit) are both open and operational and we require passionate, committed, hard-working healthcare support workers to work as part of our team.

Our robust, experienced and diverse multi-disciplinary team will offer guidance and supervision on a regular basis. We will offer and support regular training and opportunity to develop and grow within the role.
