About the Role
We are seeking 3 x dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Support Workers (Males strong encouraged to apply) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to NDIS participants in the Sans Souci & Liverpool regions helping them work towards their personal goals, build independence, and improve their overall wellbeing.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing emotional and practical support to participants with psychosocial disabilities.
  • Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and budgeting.
  • Encouraging community participation and social inclusion.
  • Assisting participants in building coping strategies, resilience, and self-confidence.
  • Following NDIS plans and documenting progress in line with compliance requirements.
  • Promoting independence while respecting participant choice and control.

About You
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and passionate about making a difference.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year experience in mental health, disability, or community services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive, professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred practices.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Be able to communicate in clear written and spoken English.
