ABOUT YOU

You’ll bring the right balance of skills and compassion:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in mental health, psychosocial support, disability, aged care, or community health
  • Minimum Cert III/IV in Mental Health, Disability, Community Services, or Nursing qualification (preferred)
  • Experience with trauma-informed care, complex behaviours, or high-intensity support
  • Strong communication, de-escalation, and boundary setting skills
  • NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle

We are hiring multiple positions at different levels, shifts, and experience backgrounds. Depending on your skills and interests, you could be:

  • Supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities and mental health needs
  • Implementing behaviour support and trauma-informed strategies
  • Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, forensic backgrounds, and dual diagnosis
  • Administering medication and following health support plans (for nurses)
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living routines where required
  • Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families to provide holistic suppor

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is based at our Liverpool Vertical Village, a purpose-built supported living community in the heart of Western Sydney. This is a Permanent Part-Time role with guaranteed hours.
