Care Fast is expanding in Mornington Peninsula and surrounds (Dromana, Frankston, Safety Beach, Rosebud).

What you’ll do

• Personal care, domestic support, meal prep
• Medication prompts/administration (as applicable); accurate shift notes
• Provide reliable support with personal care routines (morning and evening assistance).

About you

• Experience: 1+ years in SIL, mental health, or high-intensity support roles (trauma-informed care highly regarded).
• Skills: Strong understanding of mental health, calm under pressure, and ability to follow structured routines.
• Full driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

Essential checks NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC (employee), National Police Check, current First Aid & CPR, Australian work rights, 100 points of ID, vaccinations (incl. COVID) as required.
Shifts for evenings/weekends; occasional inactive overnights. Provide availability 4–6 weeks ahead. SCHADS Award Level 2–3 (casual loading & penalties), weekly payroll and ongoing training.
