JOB OVERVIEW

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with disabilities, autism and those with ongoing mental health support. SKILLS

  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is essential.
  • Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis principles is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with special education practices and strategies for supporting individuals with autism.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to administer medication safely and responsibly.
