OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other behavioral health challenges. REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records, and documentation practices.

  • Previous experience in social work or special education is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data collection and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
  • Facilitate social interactions and community engagement for clients.
  • Provide support for individuals dealing with PTSD or addiction issues through compassionate counseling techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
