Description

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING COACH - TRANSFORM LIVES, EMPOWER CHANGE!

Are you ready to leave institutional practices behind and step into a Mental Health role that’s all about advice, empowerment, and positive transformation?
If so, this could be your chance to continue making a real difference in people’s lives.
Moxie People are offering you the opportunity to join a values-driven, award-winning social enterprise that’s transforming lives and communities in South Wales.
With a reputation for putting people at the heart of everything they do, this organisation is known for its compassion, respect, and innovative approach to creating healthier futures for individuals.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

  • As a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals as they transition from secure hospital care or youth services into community settings and, ultimately, independent living.
  • Working alongside the NHS, you’ll deliver a 24/7 service, ensuring consistent, person-centred support.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll:

  • Build meaningful, empowering relationships with service users.
  • Help individuals navigate challenges and develop life skills.
  • Provide practical and emotional support without clinical interventions.
  • Work a varied rota, including evenings, weekends, and nights, ensuring 24/7 care and continuity.

ABOUT YOU (ROLE REQUIREMENTS)

  • You’re compassionate, driven, and looking for a meaningful role that’s far from ordinary.
  • You may have experience in care, mental health, or support work, but above all, you’re someone who believes in empowerment over control.
