Sheffield Crisis House Short-Term Stay: Our crisis house provides a short-term support service for adults (18+) experiencing acute mental health crises. Sheffield Crisis House plays a vital role in supporting individuals during acute mental health crises by providing a safe and supportive environment. This is a 24/7 service. Involves shift work, including nights and weekends (i.e. service runs) Monday to Sunday, 00:00-23:59)
OVERVIEW OF A MENTAL HEALTH RECOVERY WORKER ROLE:
As a Mental Health Recovery/Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.
