  What We’re Looking For

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year experience in mental health, social care, or related support environments
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
• Genuine commitment to person-centred care and promoting client dignity
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Training in recovery-focused or trauma-informed approaches
• Experience with care planning and documentation systems

Choose from various shift patterns to match your lifestyle:

• Day Shifts: 9am-5pm or 8am-6pm
• Split Shifts: Morning (9am-1pm) or Afternoon (1pm-9pm)
• Evening Support: 5pm-9pm
• Sleep-in Shifts: 6pm-8am
• Weekend and holiday opportunities available
