OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our educational team in fostering a positive learning environment. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills are vital for interacting with students, teachers, and parents.
• Familiarity with IT tools and resources that enhance learning experiences is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities to help guide and motivate students during activities.

• Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities.
• Support students with their learning by providing one-on-one or small group assistance.
• Help maintain an organised and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement care plans for students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual requirements are met.
• Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their participation and engagement in class activities.
• Communicate effectively with teachers regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Assist in the use of IT resources for educational purposes, ensuring that technology is utilised effectively in the classroom.
