Fernside is a non-nursing residential rehabilitation service and is a 15 bed service, offering a modern, spacious environment. It’s designed to support individuals who are ready for a shared care setting or have experienced a placement breakdown.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, and recovery-focused care. Working in close partnership with the Registered Manager, you’ll provide day-to-day leadership, mentor staff, promote a positive and inclusive culture, and ensure our residents are supported to reach their full potential.
This full-time role follows a four-week rolling rota with varied shifts between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Friday, and includes one Saturday shift per month. While the rota provides structure, some flexibility is required to meet service needs, including occasional shift cover. Adjustments can be considered for the right candidate, but flexibility remains essential.
