We are seeking compassionate, patient-centered Mental Health Technicians to join our growing team and help shape a culture of excellence, safety, and recovery-focused care. Whether you are an experienced Mental Health Technician or an individual looking to transition into behavioral health , this is an opportunity to be part of a newly developed unit designed to support both patients and staff. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through their mental health journey while working alongside nurses, psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other behavioral health professionals in a collaborative treatment environment. Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED Current BLS Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced behavioral health environment Preferred Previous experience in Behavioral Health, Psychiatric Care, Social Services, Healthcare, Security, Emergency Medical Services, or Human Services Associate's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or related field CPI crisis prevention/de-escalation certification What Makes Our Unit Different?
