  MHT II- The Haven Base Pay: $14.00/hr  This position will be based at the Haven in Dothan, Alabama Working Hours will be on a 12hr Pittman Schedule Week 1: 7am-7pm Tuesday, Wednesday. Saturday and Sunday Week 2: 7am - 7pm Monday, Thursday, Friday   Duties of this position include: * Various activities to meet consumer needs including, but not limited to: meal preparation, cleaning of the facility, assisting with daily tasks, etc.  * Teaching group and individual basic living skills * Providing transportation using system vehicle when required by the program * Ensure efficient operation of the facility * Assisting with medication using the MAC certification under nurse supervision * Completing required documentation using an electronic health record system Requirements: * HS Diploma/GED * Must meet insurance eligibility requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years or older), good MVR, and willing to submit to motor vehicle report check * Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen * Must obtain CPR and MAC certification upon hire * Prefer previous experience providing patient care in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment Benefits: * Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama Health and Dental Insurance * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off- Sick time and annual leave * Company paid life insurance * AD&D and dependent life insurance * Troy University Student Discount (Dothan Campus) * Alabama State Retirement
