Mental Health Technician II- Webb This is a full time, 40 hour/week position working a standard schedule at each of SpectraCare's residential programs. Work hour of this position are Pittman Schedule 7pm-7am Week One: Monday, Thursday and Friday Week Two: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday Base Pay: $14.00/hr with $2.00 shift differential      Duties of this position include: * Various activities to meet consumer needs including, but not limited to: meal preparation, cleaning of the facility, assisting with daily tasks, etc.  * Teaching group and individual basic living skills * Providing transportation using system vehicle when required by the program * Ensure efficient operation of the facility * Assisting with medication using the MAC certification under nurse supervision * Completing required documentation using an electronic health record system Requirements: * HS Diploma/GED * Must be insurance eligibility requirements (21 years or older), good MVR, and willing to submit to motor vehicle report check * Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen * Must obtain CPR and MAC certification upon hire * Prefer previous experience providing patient care in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment Benefits: * Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama Health and Dental Insurance * Alabama State Retirement * OnShift Wallet through PayActiv * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off- Sick time and annual leave * Company paid life insurance * AD&D and dependent life insurance
