The Opportunity The Therapist will provide therapeutic support to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and methodologies. This role is essential in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges with effective assessments, interventions, and ongoing support. What You'll do Maintain an hourly billable caseload of a minimum of 5 clients Perform assessments, reassessments, and behavioral screenings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Prepare reports and maintain all records in compliance with legal and contractual standards. Provide crisis intervention services as needed, including assessing risk and implementing appropriate interventions. Provide education and resources to clients and family members. Adjust treatment activities and approaches to align with changes in clients' status. Who You Are You Possess an LCSW, LCPC, Ph. D., or PsyD You are licensed to practice in the State of Illinois You have a valid malpractice insurance Proficiency in additional languages is preferred. Why Join PWP Health?
