Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress Provide compassionate, evidence-based services to children, youth, and young adults. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR and record work hours in the HRIS. Communicate client needs with supervisors, report safety concerns, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members. Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development while maintaining reliable attendance. Requirements Qualifications Experience: Preferred minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with clients. Licensure – Mental Health Therapist I: Active Maryland license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCPC-S, LCADC, LCPAT, LCMFT, LMSW, LGPC, LGPAT, or LGMFT). Licensure – Mental Health Therapist II: Active Maryland license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCPC-S, LCADC, LCPAT, or LCMFT).

Responsibilities
