(CRCSI) is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide group therapy and behavioral interventions at our New Directions program. If you have a background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), we encourage you to apply! What You’ll Do Lead Engaging Group Therapy: Deliver impactful sessions that promote emotional growth and resilience. Behavior Management: Implement individualized strategies to help children regulate emotions and behaviors in the classroom. Symptom Reduction: Work toward alleviating mental health symptoms to improve functioning at home, school, and in the community. Collaborative Care: Partner with educators, families, and treatment teams to support each child’s success. Program Goals Therapeutic Environment: Provide mental health treatment alongside academic support. Preventive Care: Reduce the need for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization or residential treatment. Step-Down Services: Help children transition smoothly from higher levels of care. Educational Support: Operate a PA Department of Education Licensed Private Academic School serving K-12 students.
