Behavioral Health Urgent Care: Offering crisis stabilization and emergency care for people experiencing a mental health or substance use/addiction crisis and services for individuals who desire immediate access to assessment, treatment and support for behavioral health needs. Schedule: 3 - 12 hour shifts Pay Rate: Depending on experience and licensure. Sign on Bonus: $2000 Licensed Clinical Professional Starting at $28-$30/hour No on call expectation! In this dynamic role you will provide assessments, care and treatments for clients while adhering to RHA's standards of care. Additionally, you will work with a team providing a high level of patient care. Job Responsibilities As a Mental Health Therapist you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric disorders and substance use disorders in the crisis center; ensuring the safety and well being of each patient; and supporting the maintenance of the therapeutic environment. Additional responsibilities of the Mental Health Therapist include: Triage Complete crisis assessment Provide clinical recommendations and case management Demonstrate de-escalation skills and solution focused approach IVC First evaluations Education, Licensure, and Experience required for the position include: Preferred experience: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, or relevant associate level license Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance required Crisis experience required Pre-employment screening: Complete criminal background Name checked in the registries.
