Overview Hourly: $45 Per Hour Schedule: 20 Hours Per Week (The schedule will be determined on an as-needed basis, taking into consideration the therapist's case load and census) 3 PHP & 2 IOP. Embark Behavioral Health is looking for a Licensed Behavioral Health PRN Therapist who aligns with our mission of reducing teen and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide to staff an OP, IOP and PHP clinic opening in Buckhead Clinic. As an Embark PRN Therapist, you will be supported by an experienced Clinical Director and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families at the OP, IOP and PHP levels of care. Come grow with us! Responsibilities Meet treatment standards through implementation of required notes and MTP standard requirements. Participates in multi-disciplinary clinical team meetings. Meet desired program goals through implementing and meeting outcomes testing and standards. Ensure program completion and discharge requirements are met for all students. Discharge plans for all students should be completed and reviewed with students and family members. Conduct intake assessments as required to support the admissions team. Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy. Qualifications Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences required; must hold at least Associate Licensure or be fully Licensed. Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a related discipline. A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers. A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy. Preferred -Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Preferred - One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities. Experience practicing DBT, TF-CBT and SMART Recovery a plus! Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required. Ability to pass a state background check Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.
